Terms & Conditions

Please review your reservation for accuracy. You are responsible for reporting any discrepancies immediately.
No smoking allowed. A $500 fine will be charged to your credit card if violated.
Service issues must be reported at the time of occurrence or within 48 hours.

Your chauffeur will hold a sign with your name for identification.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact us immediately.
Waiting time charges apply after 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights.
Charges will appear on your credit card statement as J&C Limousine Service.

Your payment may be refundable depending on the cancellation terms listed below.

Weekend events, holidays, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and special events require a one-week cancellation notice. Otherwise, full charges apply.
For regular bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charges.
Major events such as weddings, proms, Christmas, and New Year require at least two weeks’ cancellation notice.
Specialty vehicles like stretch limousines require a minimum of 4 days’ cancellation notice.
All cancellations must be made via email or phone and are only valid after receiving confirmation.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Overtime, additional stops, waiting time, and tolls may result in extra charges.
